摘    要:建立了对膏霜类、乳液类、水类、啫喱类和粉类化妆品产品4-羟基苯甲酸丙酯、4-羟基苯甲酸异丙酯、4-羟基苯甲酸丁酯、4-羟基苯甲酸异丁酯、4-羟基苯甲酸苯酯、4-羟基苯甲酸苄酯、4-羟基苯甲酸戊酯的高效液相色谱测定方法。样品经Agilent Poroshell C18(2.7μm,10 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱,以乙腈/水为流动相进行检测。在优化条件下,7种4-羟基苯甲酸酯的在0.10~50.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(R~2)均0.999,方法回收率为85.1%~106%。该方法检出限(波长252 nm,S/N=3)均为2 mg/kg,方法定量限(波长252 nm,S/N=10)均为6 mg/kg。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,可满足化妆品中7种4-羟基苯甲酸酯的测定。

Abstract:A method was established for determination of seven parabens including propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, isopropyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, butyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, isobutyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, phenyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, benzyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, n-pentyl 4-hydroxybenzoate in cosmetics by HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography). The samples were separated by Agilent Poroshell C18 (2.7 μm, 10 mm×4.6 mm) column, and determined with the mobile phase of acetonitrile/water. Under optimized conditions, seven parabens had good linear relationships in the range of 0.10 ~ 50.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficients of greater than 0.999,the recoveries were 85.1% ~106%. The limits of determination(LOD) (wave length was 252 nm,S/N=3) were 2 mg/kg;The limits of quantification(LOQ) (wave length was 252 nm,S/N=10) were 6 mg/kg. The method is simple, accurate, sensitive, which can be suitable for determination of seven parabens in cosmetics.
