成品油管道启泵方案优化研究进展

摘    要:在成品油通过管道输送的费用中,泵站耗电费用占运行费用的很大一部分,所以以能耗费用为目标函数通过优化手段进行启泵方案的优化不仅可以节约成本、使经济效益提高,还可以降低能耗、减少碳的排放。从启泵方案优化的算法以及所建立了模型的类型两方面出发,基于国内外相关领域前人的研究成果,对目前成品油管道启泵方案优化的研究进行总结、评述。之后剖析成品油管道启泵方案优化研究中的子问题,并对其中的一些重要问题的处理方式进行梳理、评价和思考,最后针对此研究方向值的提高和改善的方面进行总结。

Abstract:In the cost of product oil transportation through pipeline, the pump power cost accounts for a high proportion of operating cost. Optimization of actuating pump scheme by taking energy consumption costs as the objective function can save costs, raise economic benefits, reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. Based on the domestic and foreign related research achievements of predecessors, optimization of actuating pump scheme for product oil pipeline was studied from two aspects of the algorithm of actuating pump scheme optimization and types of established models.Someproblems in optimization of actuating pump scheme were analyzed, and some ways to solve these important problems were put forward.
