摘    要:外加剂作为影响混凝土性能的重要因素,是目前混凝土制备研究的重点问题。为进一步探讨不同外加剂对混凝土性能的影响,提出一种在混凝土配合比方案中掺入不同种类的外加剂,并通过不同的外加剂复配方案对混凝土的性能进行对比的试验研究。对此,在试验配合比方案中分别加入PCA、德固赛、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸钠等外加剂,然后以混凝土的坍落度、抗压强度和含气量作为评价指标,采用单因素和多因素实验方法,对试验制成的混凝土性能进行比较。通过试验对比表明,掺入PCA(0.5%)+德固赛(0.03‰)+葡萄糖酸钠(0.06%)复配下的混凝土试件的坍落度、抗压强度、含气量等方面都有着明显的优势,由此说明上述外加剂复配方案效果更佳明显。

Abstract:Admixture is an important factor affecting the performance of concrete,which is a key problem in the research of concrete preparation.In this paper,PCA,Degussa,sodium gluconate,sodium citrate and other additives were added into the test concrete,and then the slump,compressive strength and gas content of the concrete samples were used as the evaluation indexes.And multi-factor experimental methods were used to compare the performance of the concrete samples.The experimental results showed that the slump,compressive strength and gas content of the concrete samples mixed with PCA (0.5%) + Degussa (0.03‰) + sodium gluconate (0.06%) were obviously improved.
