摘    要:通过微波辅助混合溶剂提取技术结合响应面法优化原花青素提取条件,以期建立更高产率的提取方法。在单因素设计基础之上,选取液料比、微波功率、萃取时间、萃取温度4个主要因素对原花青素提取率的影响,建立多元回归拟合分析,得出原花青素提取最佳工艺条件为:液料比1:10,萃取温度61℃,微波功率625 W,萃取时间39 min,此条件下原花青素提取率1.78%,为预测值的89.45%。

Abstract:Extraction conditions of procyanidins with mixed solvent under microwave-assisted condition were optimized by response surface analysis method, in order to establish a higher yield extraction method. Based on the single factor experiment, effect of liquid-solid ratio, microwave power, extraction time and extraction temperature on the extracting rate of procyanidins was analyzed. The quadratic regression model equation was established to describe the extraction process. The results show that optimum conditions of procyanidins extraction are as follows:liquid-solid ratio 1:10, extraction temperature 61 ℃, microwave power 625 W, extraction time 39 min. Under above conditions, the extraction rate of procyanidins can reach to 1.78%, 89.45% of the predicted value.
