摘    要:研究了水炭浆的成浆条件以及浆体的基本性能。将兰炭末原料研磨筛分为三个粒度等级(D_1200目,D_2为100~200目,D_3为60~100目)。得出以木质素磺酸钠(SL)和TPEG作为分散剂,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)作为稳定剂,可制备出水炭浆。设定水炭浆浓度为56%,粒度组成为D_1:D_2:D_3=80%:12%:8%,添加剂的总量占干料总量的1.5%,SL:TPEG:CMC=0.74%:0.38%:0.38%时所制备的水炭浆粘度为518mPa·s,流动性良好,稳定性长达30d,是性能优良的水炭浆制品。

Abstract:The slurry conditions and basic properties of blue-coke water slurry were studied in this paper. After grinding and screening, the raw material was divided into three particle sizes (D1>200 mesh, D2=100~200 mesh,D3=60~100 mesh). The blue-coke water slurry was prepared by using sodium lignosulfonate (SL) and TPEG as dispersant and carboxy methyl cellulose sodium (CMC) as the stabilizer. The slurry concentration was set as 56%, the additives accounted for 1.5% of the total amount of dry material, and SL : TPEG : CMC=0.74%:0.38%:0.38%, particle size was D1:D2:D3=80%:12%:8%, the prepared slurry had good performance with the viscosity of 518 mPa?s, the good fluidity and the 30 days stability.
