流化催化裂化装置旋风分离器的研究及分离效率的优化

摘    要:首先从旋风分离器的分离原理及影响分离效率的诸多因素入手,对提高旋风分离器分离效率进行了研究和探讨,最后提出了在FCC装置设计过程中,反再两器中的两级旋风分离器分离效率优化的一些建议和方法,三级旋风分离器的一些实际问题的解决方法以及四级旋风分离器安装过程中的一些注意事项。

Abstract:The mechanism of cyclone separation of cyclone separator was analyzed as well as factors affecting the separation efficiency,how to improve the separation efficiency of cyclone separator was discussed.Finally,some suggestions on efficiency optimization of the two-stage cyclone separator in reactor-regenerator device in FCC were presented as well as some practical solution to the problems of third-stage cyclone,the precautions during the forth-level cyclone installment process.
