信息物理系统在石化智能工厂建设中的应用

摘    要:随着世界经济体制改革,我国《中国制造2025》提出智能工厂建设的战略部署是推动石化行业生产改革前行的重要动力。认为智能工厂建设是一项系统工程,基于信息物理系统(CPS),综合运用信息技术、工业技术、管理技术等手段,建成企业统一的集中集成平台,可以实现生产全业务流程闭环优化管理,实现动态平衡、最优生产、效益最佳的卓越运营目标。本文浅谈了石化CPS含义及智能工厂建设情况,并举例给出当前全球石化行业智能工厂建设实例。

Abstract:With the world economic system reform, the strategic deployment of intelligent plant construction, proposed by "Made in China 2025", is an important driving force to promote the reform of petrochemical industry. The establishment of intelligent plant is a system engineering based on cyber-physical system,using the information technology, industrial technology, management technology and so on to build a unified centralized enterprise integration platform, which can achieve full-service business closed-loop optimization management, and achieve the excellent operational objectives of dynamic balance, optimal production and the best efficiency. In this paper, the meaning of CPS and the construction of intelligent plant were discussed, and examples of intelligent plants in global petrochemical industry were given.
