摘    要:针对蒸发塘在处理化工浓盐水中自然蒸发缓慢,易出现溢塘的缺点,阐述了在蒸发塘采用机械喷雾蒸发装置,加速化工高浓盐水蒸发的技术。介绍了机械喷雾蒸发器的工作原理;对比分析了不同机械雾化方式的优缺点和适用范围;结合我国西北地区地理环境,阐明破碎式机械喷雾蒸发技术在我国西北地区特殊的地理环境下,提高化工高浓盐水蒸发效率的优势及该技术应用引起的水雾漂移影响。

Abstract:The mechanical atomizing evaporator is applied to accelerate the evaporation of chemical brine in the evaporation pond, in order to resolve the slow evaporation and overflow problems. In this paper, the working principle of the mechanical atomizing evaporator was explained, and the features and application scope of different mechanical atomizing methods were compared. Furthermore, the advantage of broken mechanical spray evaporation technology to improve the evaporation efficiency of chemical brine was expounded, and the influence of spray drift caused by broken mechanical spray evaporation technology was elucidated.
