摘    要:为解决蒸汽驱油田遇到的汽窜问题,需要结合现场条件找到合适的封堵剂进行调剖。实验以辽河油田齐40区块蒸汽驱条件为例,找到一种树脂型耐高温封堵剂配方,并从成胶时间、温度、矿化度三方面研究了对封堵剂性能的影响,以确定合适的施工条件。并对老化前后的封堵剂进行红外光谱分析,通过组分变化研究封堵剂作用机理。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of steam breakthrough during steam injection in oilfield,appropriate plugging agents should be found to carry out profile modification combined with field conditions.In this paper,taking the conditions of steam injection in Qi40 block of Liaohe oilfield as an example,the formula of resin plugging agent with high temperature resistance was determined,and the effect of gelling time,temperature and salinity on plugging agent performance was studied,and the appropriate operation conditions were determined.Plugging agents before and after ageing were analyzed by using FTIR,and function mechanism was studied based on composition change.
