湿式催化过氧化氢氧化法处理腈纶废水的研究

摘    要:以某石化公司腈纶厂生产废水作为主要研究对象,开展石化腈纶废水中难降解有机污染物的湿式催化过氧化氢氧化技术研究,对于有效削减腈纶废水中有毒有害污染物,实现石化行业腈纶废水达标排放具有十分重要的意义。通过对所得样品的表征和结构分析,确定了制备CeO_2/SBA-16的最佳合成条件:硅源和铈源投加量固定为4.71和4.71 g、搅拌时间固定为3 h、微波120 min。以合成的CeO_2/SBA-16介孔分子筛催化剂对该石化公司腈纶厂丙烯腈废水进行湿式催化过氧化氢氧化工艺处理,并确定了湿式催化过氧化氢氧化处理该丙烯腈废水的最佳条件为:CeO_2/SBA-16投加量为1.2 g、H_2O_2投加量为0.28 mL、反应时间为160 min、微波辐射温度为120℃。在此工艺条件下,该丙烯腈废水COD浓度由2 000 mg/L以上下降至500~600 mg/L,去除率可达到70%以上,取得了明显的去除效果。

Abstract:Taking acrylic plant production wastewater from a petrochemical company as the main research object,catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide oxidation method was used to treat the organic wastewater.The optimum synthesis condition of CeO2/SBA-16 was determined by the characterization and structure analysis of the obtained samples as follows:the dosage of silicon and cerium was 4.71 g and 4.71 g,the stirring time was 3 h and the microwave was 120 min.The acrylonitrile wastewater was treated by catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide oxidation with synthesized CeO2/SBA-16 mesoporous molecular sieve catalyst.The optimal conditions of catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide oxidation were determined as follows:the dosage of CeO2 / SBA-16 was 1.2 g,the dosage of H2O2 was 0.28 mL,the reaction time was 160 min and the microwave radiation temperature was 120 ℃.Under above conditions,the COD concentration of acrylonitrile wastewater was reduced from 2 000 mg/L to 500~600 mg/L,and the removal rate was above 70%,and the removal effect was obvious.
