基于冶金行业设备安装材料工艺的改进

摘    要:基于冶金行业设备安装材料应用广泛的PP材料,进行优化改进,采用的是辐照交联的方法,通过实验得出辐照交联密度是0.22 g/cm3,实验材料的用量是0.96%的敏化剂是优化比较好的情况。此时PP泡沫材料的表面密度是0.28 g/cm3,抗拉强度为6.19 MPa。实现了气泡孔隙结构形式会发生较大变化,达到了实现冶金需要的结构归正、均匀的EPP材料目的。

Abstract:PP materials are widely used as equipment installation materials in metallurgy industry. In this paper, PP materials were modified by irradiation cross-linking method. The result showed that when the irradiation crosslinking density was 0.22 g/cm3 and the dosage of sensitizer was 0.96%, the surface density of modified PP foam material was 0.28 g/cm3, and the tensile strength was 6.19 MPa. Great change of the pore structure of bubbles was realized, and PP materials with excellent performance were obtained.
