基于ATC51的新型数控直流电源设计

摘    要:针对目前的电源普遍存在输出恒定、精度较差的问题,设计了一种基于单片机的新型数控直流电源。主要分为电源模块,单片机控制模块,数码管、按键模块和PWM波输出驱动模块这4部分。首先通过键盘输入预期的电压值,单片机根据输入值输出不同占空比的PWM波,控制可控稳压芯片LM317的输出,输出结果在数码管上显示。在整个系统中,由专门的电源稳压模块提供稳定电压以减小误差。输出电压范围为0.00~15.00 V,电流范围0~1 A,误差不超过5%,具有使用灵活、精度高、工作稳定,成本低的优点,适宜推广使用。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems existing in most current DC powers that they hold a single output and lack high-precision,a new digital controlling DC power supply based on SCM is designed.This system mainly consists of four parts,including power supply part,SCM controlling part,display part and PWM wave driving part.Firstly,the operator imputes the expected voltage data through keyboard,then the SCM produces different PWM waves according the input to control the output of LM317,with displaying the output on the nixie tubes.In the whole system,the power supply is provided by a specific electric power supply to decrease the error.The voltage range of output is 0.00~15.00V,and the current range of output is 0~1A.In a series of experiments,the new power supply hold an error not exceeding 5%,and work constantly.Considering its advantages including using-convenience,high-precision,and low cost,it can be applied to a wider area.
