Abstract:In order to improve the development efficiency of DSP system,this paper introduces modern DSP technology,and has designed a QPSK modulator.According to the QPSK modulation basic principles,the hardware model is established by using MATLAB / Simulink DSP Builder and Quartus Ⅱ.The way in the formation of the module,using DSP Builder modules in place of VHDL programming,has the organic integration in modeling and hardware implementation on the same workbench,and then uses the Signal Compiler tool provided by the ALTERA Corporation to compile,producing the original VHDL program,meanwhile,which achieves QPSK modulation by adopting ALTERA’s Cyclone series chip EP2C35F672C6N.Results show that the method improves design flexibility,and the correctness and feasibility of the program was verified by software emulation and hardware test.
