基于WebGIS的配电网设备管理研究与应用

W ebGIS是Internet与GIS相结合的产物,它既可使数据属性的信息图形化,便于用户操作管理;又具有数据和分析工具网上分布,动态更新,跨平台免费获取等优越性。文章将W ebGIS技术引入配电网设备管理系统中,不仅便于实现配电网设备故障的快速定位,而且利用其强大的空间分析能力,可实现电网的统一规划功能。论述了使用Java技术实现基于W ebGIS配电网设备管理系统的设计方案,以及设计中存在的几个问题,包括数据库设计、GIS数据组织及系统安全等。该系统已投入使用,效果良好,提高了生产效率。

Research and application of power distribution network equipment management based on the WebGIS

The WebGIS is the product of combining Internet with GIS,it can make the information of data attribute displayed in graphics mode,and then the user can operate it easily.It has the advantages of data and analysis tool distributed in network,can be dynamically renewed,and can be obtained free of charge when cross the platforms.The paper imports the WebGIS technique into the power distribution network equipment management system.WebGIS not only can find the failure position quickly,but also can realize the unified planning of power network.The paper elaborated the design scheme,which is based on WebGIS distribution network equipment management system and Java technology,and brings up some problems including database design,GIS data organization and systematic security and so on.The system has been put into operation,the effect is good,and it enhanced the production efficiency.
