激光表面处理技术在石油工业中的应用现状与发展趋势

在石油工业中服役的金属长期承受载荷,并处于高温、高压、高含CO2、H2S、Cl-,以及少量溶解氧和硫酸盐还原菌等复杂、恶劣的环境下,易发生腐蚀、断裂、粘扣、疲劳以及磨损失效。激光表面处理技术具有环保、节能、热影响区小等特点,常用于石油工业中以改善材料的性能。综述了激光表面处理技术的发展、分类、原理以及在石油工业中的应用,并展望了该技术在石油工业中的发展趋势。

Application Status and Development Trends of Laser Surface Treatment Technology in Petroleum Industry

Metals in the petroleum industry generally suffer from corrosion,fracture,gluing,fatigue and wear failure because they bear longterm load,and serve in the complex and harsh environment of high temperature,high pressure,high content of CO2,H2S and Cl-,and a small amount of dissolved oxygen and sulfate reducing bacteria.Laser surface treatment technology,as a kind of advanced technology,has the advantages of environmental protection,energy saving and small heat affected zone,so it can be used in the petroleum industry to improve the performance of the materials.In this paper,the development,classification,principle and application of laser surface treatment technology in the petroleum industry were reviewed and the development trends in the petroleum industry were prospected.
