红外吸收法在钒中碳分析中的应用研究

摘    要:用LECO CS600碳硫分析仪研究了高频燃烧-红外吸收法测定钒中的碳的分析方法,结果表明,称样量0.25~0.35 g,分析时间30 s,WSn助熔剂质量1.3~1.6 g时,分析方法有良好的准确度和精密度,碳的分析下限达0.003%(质量分数)。

Abstract:Carbon-Sulfur Analyzer LECO CS600 was adopted to determine carbon in vanadium by HF-combustion infrared absorption method.The results show that,when the sample weight is between 0.25 ~ 0.35 g,analysis time is 30 s,weight of WSn is between 1.3 ~ 1.6 g,the analytical method has good accuracy and precision,and the lower bound limit analysis of carbon is 0.003% (w).
