微米SiO_2粒子对硅丙树脂防污涂料性能的影响

摘    要:在涂料中添加微纳米粒子可改善其性能,目前有关微米粒子对涂料防污、防腐蚀性能影响的报道较少。用自制的硅丙树脂作为基料,通过添加微米SiO_2粒子制得了防污涂料。利用静态接触角、硬度、黏附力和电化学阻抗测试探究了微米SiO_2粒子对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:微米SiO_2可稳定硅丙树脂涂层的静态海水接触角和力学性能,并提高涂层的耐海水腐蚀性能,且当微米SiO_2粒子含量为16.7%(质量分数)时,涂层的静态海水接触角和耐蚀性能最好。

Abstract:The antifouling coatings with different concentrations of micron-sized SiO2 particles were prepared with the self-made silicone modified acrylic resin as the base stock,and the effects of micron-sized SiO2 particles on the performance of the coatings were investigated by contact angle (CA),pencil hardness,adhesive force test,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),respectively.Results showed that the addition of the appropriate amount of micron-sized SiO2 particles into the silicon acrylic resin coatings not only stabilized the contact angle and mechanical properties,but also improved its anticorrosion ability.When the concentration of micron-sized SiO2 particles was 16.7%(mass fraction),the static contact angle and corrosion resistance of the coating were the best.
