轻武器蜡膜防锈油的研制

摘    要:为解决轻武器在沙漠、丛林、渡海登岛等特殊战役条件下易粘灰沙、易锈蚀的问题,以十八胺为主要原料制成成膜材料,通过理化性能测试、盐雾试验、湿热试验及盐水浸渍试验等筛选出了稀释剂、防锈剂,确定了蜡膜防锈油的最佳配方:复合防锈剂3%~5%,成膜材料(以十八胺与十二烯基丁二酸酐反应生成的酰胺-铵盐)5%~7%,200号溶剂油余量,并探明了其最优制备工艺.最终研制出的具有油膜韧性的轻武器蜡膜防锈油具有优异的综合性能,适用于特殊战役条件下轻武器的防护保养.

Abstract:The light weapons are easily to be stained with dust and get rust in special battlefield such as the desert,forest and amphibious landing.In this paper,the film forming agent was produced using macromolecular octadecylamine as the major material,and the thinner and antirust agent were screened out through physical and chemical performance test,salt spray test,wet heat test and salt water immersion test.Resuits showed that the optimized recipe was determined as follows:the composite antirust 3%~5%,film forming material(amide ammonium salt generated by the reaction with octadecylamine and twelve alkenyl succinic anhydride) 5%~7%,the rest was 200 solvent oil.Finally,the synthesized waxy antirust oil with toughness film had the excellent comprehensive performances,which was suitable for the protection and maintenance of light weapons in special battlefield.
