国内外油气管道腐蚀与防护的研究进展

摘    要:国内外的石油行业发展中,普遍存在着油气管钢材易被腐蚀而发生事故的现象.对此,综述了影响油气管钢材腐蚀的5种因素,即CO2含量、H2S含量、含砂量、有机酸、温度,在其他条件保持不变的情况下,增加这5种因素中的任何1种,都会加速钢材的腐蚀.同时,还综述了国内外针对油气管材防腐蚀的多种方法,如:在碳钢中加入Cr、V等合金元素,涂覆、浸镀耐腐蚀涂层,使用缓蚀剂,这3种方法均能有效改善石油管材被腐蚀的现象.

Abstract:In the domestic and foreign development of the petroleum industry,the wide spread phenomenon is that oil and gas pipeline steel is susceptible to corrosion,which have caused the accident.This paper summarized five factors on the corrosion of oil and gas pipeline steel,namely CO2 content,H2S content,sand content,organic acid and temperature.Keeping other factors unchanged,the increase of any one of the five factors accelerated the corrosion rate of steel.Besides,the methods for reducing oil and gas pipeline corrosion were also reviewed,including adding alloy elements like Cr and V into carbon steel,coating or dipping resistance corrosion coating or using corrosion inhibitor.The three methods could effectively improve the petroleum pipe material corrosion resistance.
