钛合金表面Ni-P-PTFE自润滑复合镀层的制备及其摩擦磨损性能

摘    要:为提高钛合金零部件的使用寿命,以传统的化学镀Ni-P合金工艺为基础,通过添加PTFE粒子使其均匀分布在Ni-P合金镀层中,在钛合金基体上制备了具有耐磨、减摩性能的自润滑复合镀层;分析了PTFE乳液浓度、表面活性剂浓度等参数对复合镀层中PTFE微粒子含量的影响规律;采用SEM、EDS和XRD等手段对复合镀层的微观形貌、相结构和成分进行了分析;研究了不同PTFE含量复合镀层及钛合金基体在相同载荷下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:Ni-P-PTFE复合镀层具有良好的减摩耐磨性能,当膜层中PTFE微粒子的含量为20.4%(体积分数)时,钛合金表面的摩擦系数降至0.2左右,而磨损量也显著减小。

Abstract:Based on traditional electroless nickel plating process,by making PTFE particals evenly distributed in the Ni-P alloy coating,the self-lubricating composite coatings were formed on the titanium alloy substrate.The effects of PTFE emulsion concentration,surfactant concentration and other parameters on the content of PTFE particles in the self-lubricating composite coating were studied,and then the microstructure and composition of the self-lubricating composite coating were tested by SEM,EDS and XRD techniques.Furthermore,the tribological performance of the composite coating with various content of PETF particles and the Ti alloy substrate was studied.Results showed that the Ni-P-PTFE composite coating had excellent properties of antifriction and wear resistance.When the content of PTFE particles in coating was 20.4% of volume fraction,the friction coefficient of Ti alloy surface decreased to about 0.2,and the abrasion loss was reduced significantly.
