| 摘 要： | 结合植物油精炼和绝缘油的各自特点,优化设计了制备植物绝缘油的一次碱练、脱水、脱色、脱酸的工艺,以及生产过程中的参数要求、注意事项等。通过对5 t/d精炼生产线的调试,该工艺达到了制备植物绝缘油的酸值(KOH)指标0.03 mg/g。
