特殊环境超大深基坑围护设计实例分析

摘    要:杭州世贸丽晶城.欧美中心位于中心城区,地下室总面积48760m2,基坑深10.1m(局部深14.2m)。针对周边环境复杂、基坑支护难度大且要根据拆迁进度分期建设等特点,制定了分期、分区域、分层开挖基坑的方案,并加强监测和应急措施准备,保证了基坑开挖在设计控制范围内。

Abstract:Hangzhou World Trade Lijing City Euro America Center(EAC) is located at the center of Hangzhou,covering a total underground area of 48 760 m2,its foundation pit is 10.1m deep(14.2m at local position).Considering complicated ambient conditions,difficult foundation pit supporting and stage construction according to house removal schedule,foundation pit excavating plan in different stages,divisions and layers is established to guarantee foundation pit excavating within design control scope.
