摘    要:本文以电压过零点频率测量法为基础,对原固定采样频率下的采样序列采用拉格朗日线性插值法抽取新的采样序列,再利用傅氏算法提出了一种提高频率测量精度的频率测量方法。该方法能够消除传统傅氏测频算法的频谱泄露及栅栏效应,很好的抑制谐波的影响,精确的测量电力系统的基波频率。算法的测试结果证明了该方法能够满足电力系统对频率测量精度及实时性的要求。

Abstract:This paper presents an algorithm to improve the accuracy of frequency measurement. Based on the zero-crossing algorithm a new sampling series is first formed from the original fixed sampling series by using the linear Lagrange interpolation algorithm. The algorithm can eliminate the spectral leakage and the barrier effect of the traditional Fourier filter. The test results are also given.
