溶胶-凝胶法研制SnO_2微粉及其CO气敏特性

摘    要:应用溶胶-凝胶方法,以非醇盐为起始原料,研制了SnO2微粉,通过BET比表面测定、晶粒尺寸测算、XRD,DTA差示热分析、TEM电镜观察、以及CO气敏元件的特性测试等手段,对所研制的SnO2微粉进行了结构、性能表征.

Abstract:SnO2 micropowder could be obtained for gas sensor by sol-gel method ,using non-alk oxide as starting material.The SnO2 Samples are charaterized by X-ray diffractionand transmission electro microscope,and are further analyzed by differential thermalanalyzer(DTA) and BET nitrogen adsorption-desorption method to determine crys-talline phase transformation specific surface area, and averege grain slzes.
