| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于RS485总线的分布式集中润滑系统的设计方案,给出了分布式集中润滑系统的总体结构,详细介绍了供油终端的RS485总线接口电路、主控制柜与供油终端之间通信协议和通信程序的设计。实际应用表明,该系统能够满足按需供油,相互独立,集中监控,易于扩展的要求。

| Abstract: | The paper proposed a design scheme of centralized lubrication system with distributed type based on RS485 bus.It gave general structure of centralized lubrication system with distributed type,and detailedly introduced design of interface circuit of RS485 bus of oil supply terminal and communication protocol and communication program between main control cabinet and oil supply terminal.The actual application showed that the system can meet with demands of oil supply by need,independent of each other,centralized monitoring and easy extension. |
