摘    要:针对电网规划的特点和需求,实现了一个基于GIS的电网规划集成应用平台。论文分析了基于地理信息系统(GIS)技术的电网规划平台系统结构,介绍了平台实现中的关键技术,并讨论了基于面向服务架构的电网规划服务集成技术,最后详细介绍了平台对电网规划过程的支持。

Abstract:This paper presents a GIS-based power grid planning platform,which integrates grid planning functions based on service-oriented architecture(SOA).First,the paper describes the architecture of the GIS-based power grid platform in detail,and analyzes the key techniques in the implementations of the platform.Then the grid planning service integration technique,which is based on SOA,is discussed in detail.Finally,the paper discusses the grid planning process with the support of the platform.The application results of the platform show that this platform can significantly improves the solidity and reliability of the power grid planning.
