钢制变直径容器无模液压胀形实验研究

摘    要:提出采用无模液压胀形工艺制造钢制变直径容器;设计了,三种胀形预测壳体结构,包括球瓣式、双锥台式、双锥台加圆柱式结构,并进行了液压胀形实验;测得壳体变形过程中不同部位的应变变化,分析了不同结构壳体的变形规律,壳体焊缝对成形的发生和发展有一定影响,但双锥台式结构在变形过程中出现起皱并随胀形的继续而消失,三种壳体成形后外形略有不同,但均较为饱满,无残留起皱现象,说明采用该工艺制造变直径容器可行,且可根据具体工艺要求和制造条件选择壳体结构方案,以达到最佳实用效果。

Abstract:In order to get a steel vase manufactured by dieless hydro bulging, three schemes have been worked out for starting shells designed for hydro bulging including ball clack style, two cone style and two cones plus a cylinder style. The strain changing with deformation at various points are tested through the hydro bugling experiments and the deformation laws of the three kinds of shells have been analyzed. From the experiments, the welding lines have some effects on the occuring and developing of deformation, nevertheless, the wrinkles only appear and then disappear with continuing deformation during the forming process of two cone style shell. The finished shapes of three kinds of shells are slightly different, but all of them are nearly full and round without any residual wrinkles, indicating that this technology is available to produce steel vase container and the styles of starting shells can be selected according to the factual process requirements and manufacturing conditions to achieve the best application effects
