MQ硅树脂增强缩合型室温硫化硅橡胶

摘    要:对用 M Q 硅树脂增强缩合型双组分室温硫化硅橡胶进行了研究。结果表明: 增强效果主要决定于 M Q 硅树脂的结构,包括 M/ Q( 摩尔比) 和硅羟基的质量分数。 M/ Q 决定了硅树脂和硅橡胶的相容性,而硅羟基决定了硅树脂和硅橡胶之间的化学结合程度。随着 M/ Q 的增加,两者的相容性变好。随着硅羟基质量分数的增加,化学结合程度增加。当 M Q 硅树脂的 M/ Q 为0 .8 ,又有适当的硅羟基质量分数时,增强效果最好。

Abstract:MQ silicone resins was used to reinforce two component RTV silicone rubbers of condensation-curing type. The reinforcement effectiveness mainly depended upon the structure of MQ silicone resin including M/Q ratio and the content of hydroxyl groups.The compatibility of MQ resin with the silicone rubber depended upon the M/Q mole ratio and improved with the enlargement of it.The degree of chemical combination between the two components was determined by the content of hydroxyl groups and increased with the increment of it.It was important for the reinforcement that there existed suitable microphase separation and chemical combination between MQ silicone resin and the silicone rubbers. Therefore, the reinforcement was most effective when the M/Q mole ratio of MQ resin was 0.8 and it contained a suitable number of hydroxyl groups.
