摘    要:分析了机械进丸抛丸器在正常工作中定向套与分丸轮间隙中弹丸的运动过程。在建立其运动模型的基础上推导出了弹丸脱离间隙时的角速度。并近似的推导出了分丸轮窗口与间隙中抛出的弹丸量之比,分析了分丸轮窗口中聚集形成的弹丸堆的形态,这为进一步提高定向套、叶轮叶片等抛丸器易损件的寿命提供了新的理论依据。

Abstract:In this article, the motion of shots entered the clearance between impeller and control cage has been analyzed while blast wheel is working normally. According to their motion model, their angle velocity has been deduced while they disengage from the clearance. And also the quality of shots in the impeller and the clearance has been deduced. The new modality of the pile formed in the windows of the shot blast wheel has also been analyzed. This provided a new way to prolong the saving life of the control cage and the vane.
