| 摘 要： | 结合我国第一台使用炉水循环泵启动系统的3033t／h超超临界直流锅炉的特点,通过分析计算,比较了目前主要的两种锅炉吹管工艺的优缺点,并指出超超临界锅炉不宜采用稳压吹管,而应采用熄火降压吹管,给出了吹管压力和工艺流程。

Discussion on Steam Purging Techniques of a 3033t/h Ultra-Supercritical Pressure Boiler in Zouxian Power Plant |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the first 3033t/h uhra-supercritical once-through boiler with a recycle pump,advantages and disadvantages of two main kind of steam purging techniques currently employed are compared through calculation.It is concluded that intermittent pressure cycle purge instead of stable-pressure continuous purge is suitable for uhra-supercritical pressure boiler.Starting pressure and procedure of intermittent pressure cycle purge is also given. |
