新形势下大学生强调自主、独立、能动，在个体发展和集体主义教育的关系处理中有失偏颇，分析其主客观原因的同时，提出个体发展的同时应尊重马克思主义唯物史观、人的全面发展观和社会道德价值观，探讨加强大学生集体主义教育的有效措施。

Selection on the Effective Approaches to Reinforce Collectivism-Oriented Quality Education for College Students

Under the new circumstances,independence,self-determination,creativity are required of college students while the interaction between individual development and collectivism is not properly balanced. With a thorough analysis of subjective and objective causes to this imbalance,it is proposed that Marxist materialism,the view of comprehensive individual development and outlook on the value of social morality should be abided by to maintain a rational balance.Furthermore,on the basis of some practice,a variety of effective alternatives are put forward in terms of concepts,vehicles and measures to reinforce collectivism-oriented quality education for college students.
