摘    要:面向环境的绿色工艺设计是实现绿色制造的有效途径,是制造业可持续性发展的重要方向,保证企业的经济效益和社会效益最优化。在切削加工中大量使用切削液进行冷却润滑提高了加工成本并带来环境污染问题,消除这些与使用切削液有关的问题的合理措施是采用高速干切削方式。文章提出了干切削技术的新内涵,分析了高速干切削技术的绿色特征,重点分析了实现高速干切削的机床技术,刀具技术和工艺技术。

Abstract:It is an effective way by green technological design facing the environment to realize the green manufacture,and is important direction for sustainable development of the manufacturing industry,in addition,it can guarantee enterprise's economic efficiency and social efficiency superexcellent.It is inevitable to increase the processing cost and bring the environmental problems when using a great amount of coolant for cooling and lubricating in the machining,the most logical measure is dry cutting which can eliminate all of the associated with the use of CL.This paper proposed the new connotation of dry cutting technology,Analyzed the high speed cry cutting green characters,and with emphasis analyzed the realization of the high speed Dry cutting on the machining tools technology,the cutting tools technology and the processing technology.
