醋酸镁在NO生成过程中的还原作用机理

摘    要:采用高温卧式石英双管定碳炉进行神木烟煤和格理坪无烟煤的燃烧实验,通过实时连续检测NO的体积分数,研究添加醋酸镁对燃料型NO生成的还原作用和影响因素.实验结果表明,醋酸镁对燃料型NO生成的还原作用受到煤种、燃烧温度和燃烧气氛的影响,NO还原率可达23%.在还原性气氛下,醋酸镁有效地抑制了挥发分NO的生成,对焦炭NO的生成也有一定的抑制作用.在氧化性气氛下,醋酸镁对挥发分NO生成的抑制作用减弱,甚至促进无烟煤挥发分燃烧过程中NO的生成,脱硝率仅为3%~7%.醋酸镁在高温下分解为烃基和MgO,两者通过不同反应过程均能起到抑制NO生成的作用.

Abstract:Combustion experiments on Shenmu bituminous coal and Geliping blind coal were carried out in a high-temperature horizontal twin-tube quartz stove,and NO volume fraction was measured in real-time during the combustion to investigate the effect of magnesium acetate on NO reduction.Experimental results showed that NO reduction was affected by combustion temperature,oxygen concentration and coal rank.About 23% NO reduction rate was obtained on the favorable condition.On fuel-rich condition magnesium acetate restrained NO generation of volatile efficiently and had little effect on NO generation of char.On fuel-lean condition the restraining effect of magnesium acetate on NO generation of volatile was weakened and the reduction rate was only 3%~7%,and the promoting effect was observed even in blind coal combustion.At high temperature magnesium acetate is decompounded into hydrocarbon radicals and magnesium oxide,both can reduce NO generation through their special reaction processes.
