摘    要:指出生物菌在湿法炼铜中的作用,概述了近20年利用生物菌浸取铜矿的发展现状及应用前景。介绍了细菌品种、浸出机理、生物菌浸出的温度条件、浸出床的构造、矿石粒度、供氧方式等;重点介绍了美国、智利、澳大利亚等国利用生物菌浸铜的生产方法和生产规模;也介绍了我国生物菌浸铜的状况。指出我国是个贫铜国家,对低品位、难选矿的利用是开发铜资源的方向。生物菌浸铜具有广阔的前景。

Abstract:The effect of bacteria in copper hydrometallurgical process is indicated. The developing situation and application prospect in bioleaching of copper minerial in the recent twenty years is reviewed. The variety of bacteria, the leaching mechanism, the temperature condition of bioleaching, the structure of leaching bed, the grainsize of mineral and the mode of oxygen supplying etc,are introduced.And the producing method and scale of copper bioleaching in America, Chile and Australia, are emphasized. The situation of copper bioleaching in our country is introduced at the same time. The spareness of copper in our country determines that the utilization of poor grade and diyyionlt dressing ore are the direction for exploiting copper resource , so the copper bioleaching process possesses broad application prospeat.
