| 摘 要： | 以节水灌溉技术、水资源系统工程优化技术、数据库技术为研究手段,以Visual Basic 6.0、MapInfo 7.0,Matlab软件为主要工具,开发出基于GIS的秦汉渠灌区用水管理信息系统,为宁夏引黄灌区秦汉渠灌区的引水、用水管理提供了技术支撑,为秦汉渠的水利规划现代化建设奠定了基础。简要介绍了系统的重要内容、技术、功能及其应用效果。
