摘    要:研究了分步处理制酸废水方法中降低外排水中铅、镉离子,取得较好效果;结果表明:用分步中和处理方法,先调节废水pH值为12.00,镉离子去除率达97.4%;然后沉淀过滤,调节pH值为8.5,铅离子去除率达98.0%。

Abstract:The stepped disposal method was studied to decrease lead and cadmium ion in the draining wastewater from acid preparation and good results were obtained.The experiment results shown that using the stepped neutralization method,first adjusting the wastewater's pH to 12.0,the removing rate of cadmium ion reached up to 97.4%;and then adjusting its pH to 8.5 after settling and filtration,the removing rate of lead ion reached up to 98.0%.
