摘    要:本文研究了阴离子型高分子水解聚丙烯酰胺对细粒赤铁矿、钛铁矿和锡石浮选行为的影响,进行了赤铁矿—石英,钛铁矿—长石和锡石—石英三种细粒氯化矿混合矿的分离,结果表明,高分子对细粒矿物的浮选行为具有显著的影响,应用高分子与捕收剂联合浮选工艺可以显著提高细粒矿物的分选效果。通过ζ电位,吸附量,粒度分布和表面张力的测定,揭示了在细粒浮选中高分子的四种作用机理:静电效虚、粒度效应、罩盖效应和络合效应。

Abstract:This paper investigated effect of an anionic polymer-hydrolyzed polyacrylmide on flotation behaviors of fine hematite, ilmenite and cassiterite. Some separation tests were carried out using three kinds of binary mineral mixtures: hematite-quartz, ilmenite-feldspar and cassiterite-quartz. The test results showed that macromolecular polymer has a dramatic effect on the behaviors of fine particles flotation, and the combined use of polymer and collector can greatly improve their separating efficiency. By measurement of Zeta potential, adsorptive capacity, floc size distribution and surface tension, the authors revealed four action mechanisms of macromolecular polymer in fine particles flotation, i.e, electrostatic, size, coating and complexing effects.
