摘    要:目前市场上销售的模拟断路器大多数不能与微机型继电保护测试装置配合使用,少量可配合使用的模拟断路器价格又普遍较高,可靠性和抗干扰性较差。为解决这一问题,研制了一种以数字电路为核心的集成电路模拟断路器。它由“主回路”、“控制回路”和“保护回路”三部分电路组成。此模拟断路器具有造价低、功耗小、计时准确并可与微机型继电保护测试装置相配合来检测成套保护装置等特点。大量试验证明它还具有工作可靠和抗干扰性好等优点。

Abstract:At present, most of circuit breaker simulation being sold can not be coordinated into the testing devices for microcomputer based protective relaying, although a few ofthem can be coordinated into the testing devices formicrocomputer based protective relaying, but they areexpensive and the reliability and anti-interference capability of these products are not satisfactory. To solve this problem, an IC based circuit breaker simulation, which consists of three parts, i.e., the main circuit, the control circuit and the protective circuit, is developed and its kernel is the digital circuits. Inmain circuit the output contacts of DC solid-state relays are for use as the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker and the input contacts of DC solid-state relays are for use as the control input. In control circuit the signal acquisition is carried out byoptoelectronic coupler. The control circuit is an independentone containing a delayed action circuit with time lag of 300ms, which can automatically switch-off the negative DC 220Vpower source of testing circuit. The proposed circuit breaker simulation is a low-cost, low-power consumption, low timing error device and can be coordinated into the testing device for microcomputer based protective relaying. A large number of tests show that the proposed circuit breaker simulationpossesses such advantages as reliable working and highanti-interference capability, etc.
