无刷直流电机模糊控制系统及仿真分析

摘    要:采用模糊控制实现对永磁无刷直流电机双闭环系统的调速。文中首先建立了永磁无刷直流电机的数学模型,并以此进行转速和电流双闭环控制,然后通过模糊PD控制器结合积分完善了P ID控制器的性能,提高了系统的控制精度,最后应用M ATLAB中的Fuzzy T oo lbox和S IMUL INK,实现了该电机模糊控制系统的计算机仿真。仿真结果表明,该方法比经典P ID控制器具有更快的动态响应和更高的调节精度。

Abstract:This paper paper presents the design of BLDCM's speed regulating system,which is based on fuzzy control.At first the principle of BLDCM is analyzed and the model is built,then a test is performed on a speed regulating system of close loops of speed and current.Then through fuzzy PD controller and integrating element,the properties of PID controller is perfected,the precisions of control systen is improved.At last,through combiningFuzzy Toolbox and SIMULINK in MATLAB,the computer simulation of fuzzy control system of BLDCM is implemented.The result of simulation shows this method has faster dynamic response and higher regulating precision.
