| 摘 要： | 随着配电系统设备的日益增多,设备种类也日趋繁杂,因此配电网的操作人员要在最短的时间内找出故障设备,以恢复供电是相当困难而且很费时的。为了能够准确而又快速地找出故障点,以便系统维修人员抢修,及早恢复供电,许多电力公司正在考虑为其配电网安装停电管理系统。因此研制和开发一个功能强大且可以升级的停电管理系统提到了电力行业的日程中来。针对配网停电管理系统的应用进行了深入的研究和分析。

| Abstract: | In the recent years,the kinds of devices of distribution network has increased a lot.It is a very difficult and time-consuming task to the operators of distribution to find the fault device for restoring service as quickly as possible.In order to find out fault location exactly and rapidly so that maintenance staff rushes to repair and restore service,many electric utilities are prepared for installing an outage management system(OMS) for their electric distribution operations.Developing a robust and scaleable outage management system(OMS) is a new task for electric power industry.This paper details the application of distribution outage management systems. |
