Investigation of the construction of electric power training system

This paper listed company management training center of electricity information collection system construction as an example,from training needs analysis,training plan,training implementation and so on each link analysis,construct the training system model that could satisfy the requirement of training,from two aspects of system function and training plan in detail elaborated the power system structure training content and construction ideas,and through the evaluation and feedback of trainers and trainees,provide preliminary design of a comprehensive and practical,and provide scientific basis for the construction of training system.
