摘    要:有限元分析法是现代迅速发展起来的一种对于结构力学进行分析的计算方法,本文以注塑机模板作为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对T680型注塑机静模板、动模板进行有限元结构静态分析、模态分析,获得静模板、动模板的应力、变形的分布情况,确定出最易破坏的危险区域,为改善注塑机性能,质量和寿命,提供科学计算分析的依据.

Abstract:The finite element analysis is to structure mechanics analysis quickly developed a kind of modern computing method. This papers to the plastic injection machine template as the research object, by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench T680 type of injection molding machine, dynamic and static template after template finite element structure static analysis, modal analysis, get the distri-bution of stress and deformation, and determined the easy to destroy the danger zone. In order to improve the injection molding machine performance, quality and life expectancy, provide scientific calculation and analysis of the basis.
