燃气发动机的空燃比控制关键技术研究

摘    要:针对沼气、煤层气的成分与热化学特性,结合流体力学、内燃机工作过程等知识,通过对阀芯截面、升程、气流压差、流量特性的相互关系进行深入研究和分析,建立了适用沼气(或煤层气)的混合气空燃比控制流量特性计算模型,并在4100沼气发动机上试验,结果显示与装用原天然气燃料供给装置相比,其额定功率提升了17%,验证了本文提出的供气阀芯设计计算方法的正确性。

Abstract:The authors analyzed the marsh gas and gas components,thermal chemical differences and combined with fluid damics,combustion principles and other knowledge.The spool section,lift,air pressure,flow characteristics of the mutual relations are deeply researched.The the corresponding model for flow characteristics and the engine test validation are established.The result indicates that the increase in power is 17% for engine 4100 compared with the original natural gas fuel supply devices.It verifies the correct...
