基于ARM&WinCE的刀具状态在线监测系统

摘    要:为了获取高信噪比的刀具状态信号特征,结合嵌入式技术,构建了刀具状态在线监测系统。通过对声发射信号与刀具磨损状态的分析,验证了利用声发射信号进行刀具状态监测的可行性,给出了基于ARM&WinCE平台的刀具状态在线监测系统软硬件解决方案,并完成了数据处理与显示的应用软件设计与调试。

Abstract:A tool wear online monitoring and recognizing system is established by utilizing acoustic emission signal.The correlation between the acoustic emission signal and tool wear conditions is analyzed,and it is proved that the tool conditions can be detected by using acoustic emission signal.A set of hardware and software solutions based on ARM&WinCE are proposed,and the application software design and debug of the signal processing and display platform are finally completed.
