| 摘 要： | 针对工期固定情况下的资源均衡优化问题,建立一种基于最迟实现时间的新模型,以最小方差变化值为依据,提出同一节点有多个非关键工序进行调整时的优先调整原则,最后通过实例证明该方法可以减少网络优化中的作图量和计算量,使网络计划优化模型得到进一步完善.

| Abstract: | A new model is presented to resolve the problems in highway resources leveling under fixed time.The model based on the latest finished time-scaled network diagram presents the highest priority with the change value of smallest variance between resource demand before and after moving when a node has many non-key-work-process.An example demonstrates the model can diminish the quantity of optimization work. |
