基于CAN总线通信网络的温度测控系统

摘    要:提出了基于CAN总线通信网络的温度测控系统。该系统由一台主控机采用主-从式通信方式完成对多台下位机的信息交互与操作控制。下位机以SOC系统级MCU芯片为核心,并通过多路温度传感器,完成对多个实验大棚温度数据的采集及处理。上位机利用LabVIEW实现对实验大棚温度值的实时监控、对继电器的自动控制和对历史采集温度数据进行的各种管理操作。整个系统设计智能化、功能稳定性强且性价比高,对温度测控系统的设计研发具有较强的参考价值。

Abstract:A method based on industrial field bus of CAN bus communication network for temperature measurement and control system is presented in this paper.By using SOC system level MCU as the core,and through multi-channel temperature sensor,the temperature data of many experiment canopies are collected and processed.LabVIEW is used to design man-machine interface to show the data and curve of the temperature of experimental canopy,and control the relay and manage the history of temperature data.The system is intell...
