摘    要:在当今世界节能减排、绿色能源及可持续发展理念的引领下,智能电网的建设已在众多国家如火如荼地开展。提高终端能源利用效率、节能减排已成为智能电网建设过程中的一项重要内容。其中覆盖面最广、需全民参与的是通过智能电网战略的实施推动用电侧的节能减排,这对于体现智能电网的综合效益具有重要意义。对中国当前的终端能效政策与计划实施情况作了简要介绍,综述分析了国际上已成功实施的终端能效政策与计划,提出了中国推进智能电网建设的过程中,尤其在用电侧应注意的一些问题。
