某菱铁矿直接还原焙烧磁选工艺研究

摘    要:在分析了嘉峪关某菱铁矿矿石性质的基础上,进行了直接还原焙烧-磁选工艺处理该菱铁矿石的研究,分别对焙烧温度、煤用量、助熔剂用量、焙烧时间、磨矿细度等条件进行了研究,确定了直接还原焙烧的最佳条件,可得到铁品位94.70%、回收率90.28%的还原铁产品。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis the nature of a siderite ore from Jiayuguan, a research on reducing roasting-magnetic separation was carried out.The influence of processing parameters, such as the roasting temperature the roasting time, the consumption of the reducing agent(coal), the dosage of the fluxing agent, the ground level, were investigated.A optimum conditions for direct reducing roast was determined by the test, Under the optimum conditions,  a concentrate with an iron grade and recovery of 94.70% and 90.28%, respectively, can be obtained.
