| Abstract: | The definite measurements and differentia costs for residents and public construction were deeply analyzed in this paper according to the general requirement of national energy saving and special climate condition in Xichang area.The suggestions of construction energy saving were also proposed to promote the work being successfully implemented,which hoped to have a discussion with the correlated professionals and can serve as a reference for construction administrative department. |
