摘    要:本文采用液相法和热压烧结制备出Al203/Al复合材料,并利用DSC/TG、SEM、显维硬度计及万能试验机测试研究了复合材料的热学性能、微观结构及力学性能。结果表明,引入Al后复合陶瓷的断裂韧性有显著提高。

Abstract:Al2O3/Al composite materials were synthesized by wet method and hot-pressing.Thermodynamic characteristics,microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite were studied by DSC/TG,SEM,microscope hardness tester and universal testing machine.The results showed that fracture toughness of the Al2O3/Al composite was much higher than that of monolithic Al2O3.
